Defalin-701 ATLANTIS is modern and efficient automatic polypropylene strapping machine engineered to work with 5, 9 or 9mm wide PP straps. Construction innovation consists in the application in machine's structure five separate units, which are equipped with individual 24V DC motors to increase the safety of operation. Defalin-701 ATLANTIS apart from latest technological innovations offers its users several unique features:

dispenser - exceptionally simple replacement of coils of strap
dispenser release switch - user-friendly design makes it easier to pull the strap from the strap dispenser for auto strap feeding
patented auto strap feeding - machine will automatically feed itself without access to the inside of the machine
auto strap ejector - loop-eject clears unwanted strap automatically, if the machine is accidentally strapped without package
strap end ejector - end of strap sensor ejects end of coil out and prepares for next coil of strap
electronic tension control - external adjustment of strap tension by the simple turn of a dial, wide range of strap tension: 10 - 350N
adjustable table height - the table height is adjustable to any height between 870 and 1020mm

Design of Defalin-701 Atlantis laid the foundations of specialized automatic machines, which are intended to work in packing process in printing and graphics industry, press distribution companies and cardboard packaging factories.

Options for cycle initiation:

Photo-Eye Switch - photo-eye switch triggers automatic strap initiation, enabling You to select one strap, continuous cycling or no straps
Movable Palm Switch - can be positioned everywhere for most convenient strap cycle initiation
Foot Bar Switch - can be equipped on either side of the machine or can specified for both sides as an option, allowing it to be accessed at any angle
